Westlake Ace Presents Check to Veterans Community Project

Kansas City, Mo. (August 29, 2024) – Westlake Ace Kansas City area general managers and Store Support Center associates recently presented a check for more than $7,000 to Veterans Community Project (VCP) at its headquarters in Kansas City, Mo. Funds were donated by customers during a round up at the register campaign in early July at more than 25 Metro KC Westlake Ace locations.

VCP is a dedicated team of connectors, feelers and doers on a heartfelt mission to help all Veterans in need. Guided by the sacred rule of leaving no one behind, they work tirelessly to ensure every Veteran receives support and resect they deserve, regardless of discharge status or length or type of service. VCP’s goal is to provide the safety and security of a home with wraparound support services and the support of the community.
